- Our spacious driveway has enough space to fit multiple vehicles and boats in the backyard.
- Refrain from parking in the front over night.


HOUSE RULES
- Please refrain from wearing muddy boots inside the house.

- The $150 cleaning fee covers basic post-checkout cleanup, including dishwashing, laundry, light surface cleaning, and outdoor maintenance to ensure a pleasant stay.

- An additional $100 fee may apply for excessive mud, deep cleaning, or any necessary reassembly of the home, inside or out.

- Avoid placing hot pots or plates on the counter; use protective padding underneath. It will leave a burn mark on the counter.


PET POLICY
- We only allow hypoallergenic dogs inside the home. (Message Lexie for notable exceptions. Ie: service animals)
- An additional $300 fine will be applied if non-hypoallergenic dogs are brought into the residence.

BABY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
- The pack n' play is in the room next to the fridge on the left (the room with the bunk bed).

- Find the highchair in the coat closet.

- Baby cups, plates and utensils can be found in the kitchen. See cupboard next to the fridge and utensil drawer.

AC MINI SPLITS
- When using the AC mini splits, kindly return the remote to its holder on the wall.

- Missing remotes may incur charges.

STEP WARNING:
Exercise caution when navigating steps in three different areas:

- Going in and out of the dining room.
- Moving towards the two bedrooms by the fridge.
- Approaching the single bedroom connected to the laundry room.

Exterior security camera located at the back entry for safety and property protection. It monitors the exterior entryway only. No cameras are located inside the home or in any private areas.
