The in-law suite with a separate entrance is a part of a single-family house on the back of an A+ elementary school. Relax with your friends & family at this peaceful place.

The Space
The in-law suite has a private entrance. The space is separated by a door that locks. You do not share the space with anyone else. The suite includes spacious 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in full kitchen, central cooling (AC) and heating system, washer & dryer, and outdoor private picnic table area. The entire suite and picnic table area are on one floor in the first floor. There are outdoor 3-step stairs to get into the suite. Please see the photo.

Drive 6 minutes to take the Commuter Rail to Boston and Salem from the suite. The nearest commuter rail station is Wedgemere in Winchester. Search MBTA commuter rail weekend pass.

Guests can access the entire suite, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, an outdoor private picnic table area, and off-street parking spaces on the property's driveway: max. 2 vehicles
Bedroom A: 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin-size bed
Bedroom B: 1 queen-size bed
Maximum is 5 guests only. Please do not check in with more people than you booked. Thank you!

Other things to note
To maintain a great sharing environment in the suite, no guns, no assault weapons, no smoking (including Marijuana), no illegal drugs, no pets, and no parties indoors and outdoors, please.

Your cleaning fee goes to our crew who will arrive after your departure to handle all the linens, floors, surfaces, and garbage removal. We only ask that you clean up the dishes you have used, remove all your garbage out of the suite, and dump them into a large trash bin outdoors before you are on your way. Thank you!
