The space
Our condo is located in the Snowcrest Condominiums - on Empire Ave. across the street from the base of Park City Mountain. The location is perfect! Put your boots on at the condo, and walk right across the street to the First Time lift. (No need to drive around looking for a parking spot at the resort.) So, on a power day - be the first on the lift! In the summer, you can do your same with your bike and quickly access hundreds of miles of trails. After exploring, there is a great patio to relax, and put your feet up!

The condo itself is about 500 sq. ft. with one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, living room (with an electric fireplace) and an outdoor patio looking out onto the mountain. The condo is newly renovated and redecorated, so everything is fresh and new - complete with a ski rack and bench to put on your boots. It's bright and cozy and can fit up to 4 people with a Queen bed and a Queen pullout sofa.

There is also a pool and hot tub available for guests to use!
Guest access
We will provide a code to you a few days before your visit. Your code will be valid from 3PM on the date of your arrival, and will expire at 10AM on the date of your departure.

Please note that our condo is located on the first floor which makes coming and going for skiing and biking particularly easy. The front door to our condo is up a few sets of stairs, however you can access our condo via the back slider (the side that faces the mountain), to avoid all stairs if needed. In this case, someone would just need to open the slider from the inside.
