Enjoy being in the heart of Mishawaka and being close to absolutely everything! This wonderful condo has everything you could want in an Airbnb.
From the mall to numerous restaurants and our very own Notre Dame University, this condo is perfect for a short weekend trip or even a lengthy business stay.
The space
This space is in a condo complex located right off of Douglas Road which means you get direct access to:
-University Park Mall (2 minutes)
-Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Subway, etc... (4 minutes)
-Target, Meijer, Costco, etc.. (5 minutes)
-St. Joseph Hospital (7 minutes)
-Notre Dame Stadium (8 minutes)
-South Bend Airport (18 minutes)
-Night Life, multiple bars, and much More!
The condo is furnished with a minimalistic yet unique design that will make you feel right at home.
The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials that you would need including body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, and towels.
The kitchen is also stocked with all the essentials. The full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and blender. Along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of dinnerware, drinking cups ,and mugs.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house. We will have a supply closet that will be locked for our personal use which has cleaning supplies but other than that please make the place feel like home!

South Bend takes the current COVID-19 situation very seriously and is following public health authorities and CDC guidelines during this challenging time.
The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are of greatest importance. In response to coronavirus/COVID-19, we are adhering to CDC guidelines and focusing on appropriate cleaning and disinfecting protocols. We are providing our guidelines on "How we clean for your stay"
We wear disposable gloves to clean and disinfect.
We clean hard surfaces using soap and water, then use disinfectant, primarily bleach. So please advise if you have allergies to bleach or products that contain beach.
Surfaces and objects in such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, tv remotes, electronics and other everyday items are cleaned and disinfected before each use.
For soft surfaces such as carpeted floor, rugs, and drapes, we clean the surface using soap and water or with cleaners appropriate for use on these surfaces.
We launder all items according to the manufacturerâs instruction and use the hottest water setting and dry items completely.
We vacuum as usual and dump all vacuum debris outside of the residence.
1. NO Smoking An additional fee of $200 minimum will be assessed in violation of this policy.
2. NO Parties An additional fee of $200 minimum will be assessed in violation of this policy.
3. NO pets An additional fee of $200 minimum will be assessed in violation of this policy.
