This fully furnished 1809.5 sq foot suite with a fenced-in backyard. It is centrally located between I-85 and I-28. The home is 5 minutes to Tucker, 10 minutes to Brookhaven, Buckhead, and Emory, 10-12 minutes to Midtown, Decatur, and downtown. Here you will enjoy privacy and peacefulness as the home is on a semi-circle street, surrounded by protected woodlands.
This rental is for the separate private entry/bottom portion of the home. This fully furnished, modern farmhouse-style home was fully remodeled in 2023. With new interior and exterior paint, this 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch-style home is on 0.7 acre lot in popular Embry Hills! The home has an open-plan concept with cedar columns and accents, gorgeous modern finishes throughout, with beautiful vinyl floors. A small reading nook under the stairs.
One tenant occupies the top half of the home and is part of the property management team. The bottom portion is completely separate with deadbolt locks on the stairs to separate the bottom unit. Separate side entry walkway & backdoor code.
