The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features two twin beds. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.

NOTE- The upstairs apartment is booked separately and guests will not have access to the upstairs portion of this duplex OR THE POOL.
