Great place to stay. Close to it all. Thankful for a washer & dryer, comfortable beds, and room to spread out. Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park did not disappoint. Potash Rd is a must do - especially as the sun is setting and after it sets. We stayed until the stars appeared in the sky and saw the Milky Way, too!! WOW!! The tri-tips, brisket, BBQ sandwich, and chicken tenders at the Moab Brewery were delicious. Gilliberto's Mexican restaurant was great, too. Walking through the shops in downtown Moab was fun!
Group of six stayed. Sleeping arrangements were great, parking was available, pool/hot tub nice. Basic essentials were provided which was nice (garbage bags, laundry (one load/day), soaps, TP. Very nice to have less to go buy. The master bed is extremely creaky so needs some work for better sleep. Towels could use updating and more of them. Group of 6 had 8 towels (luckily there is laundry but still nice to have few more). There were only 4 wash clothes for 6 people so definitely need more. Overall definitely would stay again.
Excellent accommodations, clean, spacious, comfortable with easy access to surrounding activities. Our only recommendation would be to replace master suite mattress, has deep sag on right side. Did not try other bed as it was only two of us. Highly recommend and would return with additional family or friends as there is plenty of room. Thank you for sharing this lovely space with us!!
Not enough sheets and pull out beds where more uncomfortable then most
There were not enough sheets for all the beds. To be fair to the owners we did not give them a chance to amend this as we only stayed for 1 night and arrived around midnight after a full day of driving and national parks. The pull out couch is more uncomfortable then most Iâve slept on, I sleep on one full time at home. The towels were worn out and need replacing. We didnât use the kitchen since we only were using this as a place to sleep - however I did notice it seemed fully stocked and had coffee.
The cleanliness was less than stellar. Looked good on the surface, but there was dried urine on the back of both toilets, the master sink didnât appear clean, and there was sand on the floors when we first arrived. Considering the price and traveling with kids, it was fine. But probably the dirtiest place Iâve ever stayed at.We did get a neighbor complaint about noise the night of our arrival. That was likely on us though, arriving at 10:30pm (quiet hours start at 10) and trying to settle everyone to bed. I thought we actually did quite well and the neighbors above us were far more noisy, but may just want to be cautious of traveling with kids/teens.Overall pleasant stay and what we needed for our stay in Moab.
