House rules are kept simple:

Balcony Etiquette: The balcony is shared with other guests, and events and alcohol consumption are restricted on the balcony. Enjoy alcohol inside the rooms only.

Noise Levels: Due to the surrounding residential area, keep noise levels to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

No Smoking Inside: Please refrain from smoking inside the house to prevent potential damage to the PVC sheet on the floor.

Furniture Movement: Avoid moving furniture to prevent scratches on the flooring. Any damage may incur additional charges.

Leave in Good Condition: Keep the house in an orderly state; excessive mess may result in cleaning charges.

Timely Check-Out: Check out on time to accommodate other guests. Prolonged stays may inconvenience others waiting for access.
