Two comfortable twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king) with linens provided
A full bathroom with tub/shower combo and towels
A kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, full-size toaster, and Keurig coffee maker
Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils included
A desk tucked inside the closet, ideal for remote work or studying

TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment and convenience

Guests have private access to the pier and dock — perfect for swimming, fishing, or watching a stunning sunset over the water. Located on the Abbotts Creek side of High Rock Lake, the property offers deep, clear water ideal for boating and fishing.

There’s ample parking for vehicles and boats. A community boat launch is located right beside the property (best for smaller boats), and the nearest public launch is at the Wildlife Access:
899 Wildlife Recreation Area Access Rd, Lexington, NC 27292.

Please note: This is a shared property with the owners, but the guest house, pier, and dock are entirely for your private use.
