Walking distance to nearly everything. Medical and dental facilities dry cleaning and video, school for the first 8 grades, Sobey's Supermarket, Tim Horton's and Starbucks and right across from an 8 acre park with a one mile jogging trail dedicated to Terry Fox.

There is a new by-law in Toronto restricting noise after 11pm. Security and Authorities have a zero tolerance level when it comes to guests abusing the rights of residents in the neighborhood.
