My family and I we're coming from Virginia to Tampa. We needed a house that would accommodate 10 people, this house did the trick. We only stayed for one night because we were cruising from Tampa the next day. We ubered everywhere my two daughters each called an Uber cab at the same time and it worked. The reason for the four stars in the overall was because the hot tub was not working. The neighborhood was modest the house was extremely clean a beautiful little front porch we enjoyed sitting at. Neighbors came over to say hello. I recommend this place highly.

There's a lot to be said about the area/location. I would rate the area 2 out of 5 stars. However, the home itself was clean, nice, and cozy. The home is family friendly and filled with family games! The owner was responsive and kind. If it were not for the area, we would have stayed longer.

Ok house and experience

Overall the stay was decent. House has a nice layout, mostly clean, and easy to access places. Location is not in the best area. The description stated one room had 2 double beds and there was only 1. Beds looked visibly unclean when we got there and had to clean bedding when we got there. Minimal dishes to use and oven did not work correctly. In the checkout information on the website stated 11:00am checkout as we were greeted at 10am by the cleaning crew asking us to leave. Felt very rushed and pushed out to leave. House was ok but overall experience wasn’t the best.

Plenty of room and extra touches

This place was clean, welcoming, and surprisingly large on the inside. We had 7 people in the house, including four kids between the ages of 6 and 16, and never felt like it was crowded. Everybody had their own space and could easily have some alone time and space if needed. Everything in the house has been updated and remodeled. The hosts do a great job of providing lot extra little touches. To name a couple, there's a binder that clearly lays out the check-in/out process, where everything in the house is located, restaurant recommendations, etc. And the televisions are already signed in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. The kitchen has all new appliances and plenty of countertop space for meal prep and dining. Plently of pots, pans, and utensils to cook with, which we used several times. The dining room table also fit all 7 of us with room to spare. The bedrooms were bigger than I expected from the outside, with an especially large master suite. Blackout shades are in three of the rooms if you're needing to get some more sleep. Because the weather was uncooperative we did not use the outdoor facilities at all, but the screened-in front porch was nice to step out into for fresh air. We were in town for a downtown event, and it was about a 10-15 minute drive. Also easy access to the interstate and about 15 minutes from the airport. Overall we were very happy with the property and would highly recommend it.

On top of that, I'm a big fan of the great outdoors, so fishing and snorkeling are some of my favorite pastimes. There's nothing quite like the tranquility of being underwater or the excitement of reeling in a big catch.
But what I enjoy most is being a host and having the opportunity to connect with people like you. It's a chance to share stories, learn from each other, and create memorable experiences.
