Ritchie Village: The Yacht Club, unit 13
Featured here is the yacht club unit at Ritchie Village. I have 16 of these, each with a slightly different design theme. Let me know your dates as I have some rotating open every week!
In unit laundries, private garage, all one level and all have large TVs 55-65 inches. Most have fireplaces and all have full pint sized kitchens! Slight differences between units include some have dishwashers and granite counters. Unit 13 has all of the above and a tub/shower.
The space
The Yacht Club has a fun, fresh design with every amenity a traveler needs to be comfortable for a long-term stay. Toasty electric fireplace in the winter and AC in the summer, drive in garage access, king bed, cognac hardwood flooring, and modern granite counters and cool tile in kitchen. Yes to dishwasher, fridge, stove and in unit laundry. No steps. Yes to pets. Plenty of privacy and quiet.
