Ritchie’s Downtown Farmhouse

About this space
Our downtown Farmhouse offers three bedrooms with restored hardwood floors throughout and stainless steel appliances; perfect for the traveler seeking easy access to downtown Appleton. (A half mile away). We just added a large bedroom/bonus area over 300 extra square feet to the lower level.

WiFi/cable package, two flatscreens, kitchen, laundry, garage with remote. Two egress windows on lower level and king bed in this space. Part of Appleton Corporate Housing. High standards for service.
The space
The main living room area is my favorite part of this house. It's not exactly a farmhouse, but has been decorated in this style. The coffee table is great for working at home or dining on the couch as it lifts up. The downstairs is great for guests who would like to have some separate spaces. The lower level is it's own whole area with living and bedroom open concept design. Kitchen is pretty basic, but has everything you need. Dining is our pub table, located in the living-dining main area.
Guest access
Driveway with plenty of parking and one single stall garage. Appropriate for most vehicles, maybe too small for a large truck.
Other things to note
Neighborhood here is an in town street so you have a fair amount of traffic. It wouldn't be safe to let a very little one wander by themselves like at the end of a culdesac. It is walking distance to head downtown to local restaurants, shops and the Performing Arts Center.

This unit has just one bathroom, so it's not ideal for families with more than four people even though we do have two queen beds and a king. If someone was in need of very long term housing, we would be open to adding a second half bath on the lower level to accommodate your stay. (6 months or more).
