Indulge in the luxurious amenities of this immaculate end unit property, including private rooftop balcony, rejuvenating sauna, and state-of-the-art exercise room. Easy access to Uptown Charlotte, the perfect spot with an urban flair. Chef's kitchen; 2 car attached garage.
Short walk to live music, local restaurants, breweries - hop on the Blue Line minutes away to explore hot spots!
With a track record of 28x Superhost, we can't wait to welcome you to this extraordinary retreat!
Upon entry on your left, there is a room containing the sauna and exercise equipment. The door to this room remains locked and can be accessed via a code to the smart lock. Please be sure to exercise safety precautions when using the sauna and exercise equipment. There is a full bath on the first floor as well.
Walk upstairs to find your stunning, open, and fully equipped Chef's kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a wet bar/pantry area with a wine chiller and more. The comfortable dining area awaits your dinner conversation before winding down for the evening in the cozy living room, all full of natural light galore. There is a half bathroom on the main floor with a balcony just off the living room.
Continue upstairs to the 3rd floor with two bedrooms featuring King and Queen beds, walk-in closets with custom shelving, two full bathrooms, and laundry closet. The secondary bedroom has a desk/dedicated workspace.
Up tip top on the 4th, you will find a uniquely plush family room/office space to relax with some TV and/or a book. The full size daybed will sleep two guests. Yet another dedicated workspace is here for you, along with a half bathroom.
Then step outside onto your private rooftop balcony, complete with sun loungers and outdoor dining area!
For parking, there is an attached (2) two-car garage for your use, as well as free street parking.
Here you will find Charlotteâs arts and entertainment district, NoDa (so named for its main drag, North Davidson Street).
Brightly colored murals, galleries filled with local artwork, live performance spaces and more await in this hipster haven, which was once home to turn-of-the-century textile mills â as do ample restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries.
Uber and Lyft are great options if you do not have your own vehicle. The CATS bus line is another option and you are super close to the 36th St light rail station! Just jump onto the LYNX Blue Line.
We are just a quick message away if you need anything! As 28x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.
**30 night minimum stay. Given the min length of stay, the cleaning fee is for a "deep clean" to be performed after check out.**

Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorball camera and a camera at the rear at the garage. These will be turned on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present:Â There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
