Summary:
Very nice and modern 1 bdr 850 sqft with brand new balcony and amazing direct bay viewin South Beach at the famous Flamingo.
Close to everything, located in the heart of South Beach. *Monthly rental only*
Fitness center, pools, bbq, beach volley, cabanas, marina and much more available onsite !!! Parking is required to be paid by the guest in advance, at the rate of $117.70 per month. We will add a charge for this once the length of stay is determined.
The Space:
very nice and modern 1 bdr 850 sqft with brand new balcony and his amazing direct bay view in south beach at the flamingo.
Monthly rental only.
Fully furnished with sheets and towels. Kitchen, dining area, 1 sofa, 1 flat screen TV (Satellite TV), wifi... Washer/dryer available on the same floor, Central Air Conditioning.2 Pools (Adult / children), Jacuzzi, Massage Room, Spa/Hot Tub, On-site Restaurant / Bar / Liquor Shop, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball

A cleaning fee of USD $100 is added on top of the nightly rate of the room.

Keys, a parking pass and a laundry card as provided for use during stay. Please be advised that there are fines imposed if any are missing at the time of checkout.

Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times
Getting Around:
Lyft, Uber, Taxis, Walking, Bicycles and Metrorail Bus are available in the area for your transportation needs. Gps is a helpful tool to get around the area but if you need more information hit us a message. We are more than happy to assist you with any queries or recommendations you may need during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
*Minimum age to book is 25 years old. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.
*Please note that we provide complimentary toiletries for your arrival, but do not restock items during your stay.
*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell for easy access and security purposes, and non recording Noise sensors devices inside and outside of the home that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).
*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times
*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected.. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
-Baby amenities such as a high chair and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee, along with other baby gear to make your stay even more comfortable.
Service dogs and ESA are welcome.
Prior approval is required for bringing pets, and documentation for support animals must adhere to our policies. We allow a maximum of two dogs, each weighing under 25 lbs, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. Please notify us when booking to assess the pet fee accordingly.
Additionally, a $1000 security deposit must be blocked, and a minimum reservation of 2 weeks is required.
Unauthorized animals are not permitted, and support animals must present documentation upon arrival to ensure compliance.
âąâ â We are happy to welcome Service dogs in line with ADA guidelines at no extra charge.
âąâ â Pets (Non service animal)
We absolutely love petsâbut for practical reasons specific to our condos, weâre unable to accommodate animals in these units.
This is due to a combination of carpeted floors, HOA restrictions, and limited space, which make it hard to maintain the comfort and cleanliness we promise all our guests.
Unauthorized animals are not allowed. A $550 fine will apply if an unapproved pet is detected.
