The cottage was as advertised. The space is wisely organized and furnished nicely. We found the beds to be comfy. We did not have the opportunity to utilize the backyard, but it was very nice. The walk to town was easy and we enjoyed many of there restaurants and shops the downtown had to offer.
The location was great ; short walk to downtown and not far from the beach.
Although the furnishings were attractive, the space inside and outside wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. The biggest disappointment for us was the kitchen. The sink had standing water in it for the duration of our stay basically preventing us from using it and thus making meals there.
We had expected that it would be fixed since we were told that someone had come to look at it.
The dining room table, although interesting, because of it's rough wood structure did not seem very appropriate for inside (not very sanitary). I would suggest that people cover it with a plastic table cloth that you can wipe down or if you really want to appreciate it's charm, finish it with a resin sealer.
We currently live in South Florida and love our short-term rentals. We pride ourselves in customer service and want all of our guest's experiences to be as great as ours when traveling.
We are passionate about making each of our locations feel unique, but still like home. This house is a historic remodel that shares the character of old Florida with a modern touch. It is also in an amazing location right by all the action.
