âïž Completely remodeled quaint but stylish 789 sqft Duplex with new living room setup. Large Roku enabled đș to stream your favorite services. The couches serve as a optional futon to đ an additional 1-2 guests.
đšâđł đ©âđł - Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Eating space is provided with stools at the end of the kitchen countertop. You may sit 4 at a time.
đ- Bonus room area: The Zen room with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and 32` roku đș ,sound machine and workstation desk plus office chair. From here you have direct access to a full size brand new stackable washer dryer combo. Ensuite bathroom w rain shower and handheld combo for total relaxation.
**Please note this room has no windows, it`s fully an interior space, with a desk, chair, bed and built in shelving - the ensuite bathroom does have a small window above the commode**
đ - Bedroom : The QUAD sleeps 5 with 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twin beds and the other with a twin over a full bed). Sound machine to sleep through the night after a long day and blackout shades to keep light out âïž
TV area - The tv area shares the room with the full kitchen. The countertop doubles as a seating area with wooden bar stools. A sofa couch is available in addition to this and sits 3. Sofa couch length is 70` so best suited for kids or a small adult. The space is perfect for transient guest and setup for quick meals. please note there is no dinning table area here as this is not a large lounge space.
Guest have full use of their unit and parking is designated to the back/rear property driveway spaces facing the fence. Max of 2 vehicles (1 in the front of the home and one in the rear )

Parking is designated 1 spot in rear of the building and 1 spot in front of property (closest to street away from front door (see check in instructions)
PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK driveway. Violators can be towed as this needs to remain clear for all guest to have access
PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously No Fraud bookings Guests must complete an easy, online hotel-style check-in with a Rental Agreement, a refundable security hold. Or you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver for stays under 10 nights, whichever you prefer! Full details in the House Rules.

Really simple here, if you can`t help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes.
đ- No Pets - $250 non refundable fee and cancellation of your reservation.

âïž- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
â ïž - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine
đš - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue
đ żïž Parking for 2 vehicles. Designated spots are in back of the building. Please DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. it must remain clear for all guest access. ***Please no loitering in the parking area as there is a private unit in the detached garage with GUESTS***
đ - For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required).in the parking lot as it impacts other guests stay
đž Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
Running business activity like Massage services, salon or any other kind of business services traffic at the property is strictly prohibited and can result in non refundable cancelation of your reservation
â This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
