The Space:
Welcome to our WaterEdge lakefront 2-story brick home!
Parking is on the pull-through driveway for easy entry and exit. Stepping into the foyer, youâll see the open-concept dining room with (8) chairs, a living room overlooking the lake, and a grand kitchen to host everyone during your stay. On the north side of the home, there are 2 queen bedrooms, one with lake views and a full bathroom shower in between. On the south side of the home, youâll enjoy some indoor entertainment in the theater room with a large leather sectional, ottoman, and (3) lovesac beanbag chairs and a half bathroom. Upstairs features french doors entering the master suite with a king bed, a sitting area overlooking the lake, a walk-in shower, a private potty, a jetted tub, separate sinks, and a heated towel rack. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed. The 5th bedroom has views of the lake, a king bed, and accessibility to the shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. The 6th bedroom at the end of the hallway has a queen bed and a private living room with a couch and a television. 12 people can sleep in the beds, however up to 16 could stay the night by sleeping on couches. The laundry room is on the second story. The rear of the home features a covered porch overlooking the fenced-in patio with a fire pit. In-ground pool! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home minus some owner's closets locked for storage purposes.
Every car entering the neighborhood will require a QR code texted to the cell phone of the driver. You will be required to provide the first and last names and cell phone numbers of one person in each car that is coming to the neighborhood so that a pass can be issued to you during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes and is best known for our Lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina (the main lake-approximately 240 acre) with two marina pavilions.
Many of our residents enjoy boating, kayaking, and Golf, as well as woodsy feel of our community. Our diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees and a multitude of school age kids.
An example of our amenities and programs offered include:

Tennis Court
Pickleball Courts
Basketball Court
A Fitness Trail
9 Hole Disc Golf Course
Various Clubs and Groups

Other Things to Note:
The pool is professionally cleaned every Wednesday or Thursday by a third-party company (varies depending on their schedule). If you would like to request an additional cleaning of the pool during your stay, we will attempt to coordinate the pool cleaning company to come at your desired time. There is a $200 fee for this service. You will only be charged if the company can accommodate your request.
Weâre happy to consider events on a case-by-case basis. The maximum # of allowed attendees for any event is 25 people. Please note that additional fees apply for hosting an event. If youâre interested, just send us an inquiry so we can go over the details together.
