The Space

From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the stunning views of the Bay of Banderas from both the sleek condo and the stunning rooftop pool. Perfect for a family or friends.  This luxurious property boasts 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and comfort. Both bedrooms feature its own walk-out balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or admire the stunning PV sunsets.



Amenities

You also have a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the chef in you.  The kitchen is large and has plenty of space to prepare an incredible meal.



Soak up the sun with breathtaking views of the Bay of Banderas and the Sierra Madre Mountains at the rooftop pool.



This pool is shared with just 5 other condos in the building, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment.



PLEASE NOTE: The top penthouse is being remodeled. There may be noise during the day. Rooftop pool is open.



The Neighborhood:

The Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood is a popular choice for visitors and locals with its hilly terrain, great views, cobblestone streets, and authentic Mexican charm. It's located close to major local points of interest such as the Malecon boardwalk and has an abundance of taco stands, eateries, and bars. You'll be just a 5-minute taxi or Uber ride away from the Malecon and a 10-15 minute ride from Los Muertos Beach.



Other Things to Note:

* We offer a complimentary start-up toiletries kit to all guests upon arrival. This kit is provided to ensure you have all the essential items you need to start your stay with us in comfort and convenience.

*Please note that there is currently ongoing construction in the vicinity, but most guests have reported little to no issues with noise during normal work hours.

*The building is located on a small hill.
