This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for respectful family stays, peaceful getaways, and small friend gatherings only.

This property is not suitable for parties, events, celebrations, prom groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any gathering with loud music, excessive noise, or unregistered visitors.

Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If the home is used for a party or unauthorized gathering, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including canceling the reservation, requiring guests to leave the property, and reporting the violation to VRBO.

Quiet hours begin at 9 PM and are strictly enforced. Guests must keep noise to a respectful level at all times, especially when outside, entering or leaving the property, or using the porch and yard.

The property has exterior security cameras monitoring the driveway, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor spaces for safety and rule enforcement. There are no indoor cameras. Neighbors are close by and may notify us or local authorities if there is excessive noise, illegal parking, or disruptive behavior.

Any party, excessive noise, unauthorized visitors, parking violation, or disturbance to the neighborhood may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

The main house includes three comfortable bedrooms:

These bedrooms share a full bathroom with both a soaking tub and a separate shower.

Private In-Law Suite – 4th Bedroom

• Private bathroom

This setup works especially well for grandparents, another couple, or anyone who wants a little more privacy while still staying connected to the group.

This home is located in a quiet countryside setting in Norwich, surrounded by woods, fields, and natural beauty. Because of the rural location, you may occasionally see ants, spiders, or other small critters. We have regular pest control, but no country home is ever completely bug-free.

Fresh towels, linens, and basic amenities are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying your stay.
