Make yourself at home with the whole family, including the dog, on Amelia Island. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and fire pit and enjoy this central island location. 15 minute bike ride to all downtown shopping, cafe’s and the beautiful Amelia Island beaches. Large front drive allows parking for any size boat or RV. The 8’ fenced back yard provides privacy around the pool for you and your family. Outdoor TV and speakers. Wi-Fi connection for work and play.
There is a $150 fee for your dog. Dog size limit is 45 lbs.
Pool can be heated for a heat up charge of $100 and a daily charge of $70 for the length of your stay.

Perfect beach cottage vacation- Ain’t life grand?

SATISFIED.... this place is set up to RELAX. Super fun Florida beach décor – ideal layout for a few or a crowd. Sparkling clean hot tub and pool with waterfall backdrop, lush tropical landscaping, Bluetooth stereo for sweet easy listening Saturday night special vibes and a fire pit that left kids, & the kids at heart, wanting Smore’(s)! This hostess covered all details for all of your brave little friends, down to sippy cups for the littles to treats for the doggos. Dream songs in comfy beds, great sheets & towels, squeaky clean inviting baths, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, even a few dishwasher tabs to get you started. Checking out the old neighborhood – safe and clean - stroll or bike down Elizabeth Drive to see the water, just a few minutes’ drive to a diner, groceries, coffee, or to the beach. Great waves and ideal place to hang in the sand box with the sun on your face. Contentment is hard to quantify - the only thing this cottage is missing is a name, but I’d call it PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to rent this place. Fare thee well, perfect. I for one can’t wait to get back – 100% will rent again!

Great overall but a couple things…

We had 5 adult women in our party and are unsure how this property sleeps 8 unless you count the couch. Water was an issue for us. The well water gave it a bad odor when it hadn’t run for a while. Also showers and/or laundry usage caused the toilets to not flush for a while. This was inconvenient and unfortunate. Everything else with the house was wonderful and clean.

Above and beyond your expectations

This home was so thoughtfully well put together for the most beautiful, relaxing, & enjoyable expereince. My family and I had the best vacation together! We enjoyed the pool during the day & s’mores around the fire pit at night! We rented bikes from the local bike shop and were able to ride into town and have coffee & tea! And walk around the market.as well as ride through the Egan trail! Then ride back and jump in the pool! So much fun! We cannot wait to come back!

Amelia Dream Cottage Fernandina Beach

The property was an oasis in every step of the imagination. Having the hot tub in the morning and at night before bed was so relaxing. The property has sun when you want and shade if you fo not. The place was extremely comfortable and the backyard is a paradise. Easy wifi and Bluetooth hook up in house snd especially in the backyard. We are going back next year! Lynn was a wonderful host and very gracious. You cannot go wrong, unless you dislike paradise and relaxation!👍🇺🇸

Wonderful stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place. Very spacious backyard, a beautiful pool, and is close to the beach. I especially love the little details like coffee and sugar, plenty of toilet paper, and even dog treats and poop bags. I'd stay here again in a heart beat!

Amelia Oasis

Even though it’s only a 5 min drive from downtown Fernandina, we barely wanted to leave the house, complete with a large pool, fire pit, outdoor TV/speakers, and grill. Perfect for our group of 3 couples. Hope to return.
