If you're local, bring your boat and tie up on the two mooring whips when you're not beached on Robinson Island or at the Florabama Yacht Club. It's not beach front, but you're only a three minute walk to the best white sand beaches the Gulf has to offer. No matter what you're looking for, this place has it! Every group has different needs. The Space:

The wait is over—our pool construction is complete! This new, upgraded space is ready to make your stay unforgettable. The pool is heated during March, April, May, October, and November, and can be cooled in the summer months upon request—a refreshing option during those stretches of 110-degree heat indexes. The hot tub is heated and available for guest use year-round.



Perdido Key Oasis - Lower Level is a private and smaller division of the larger 4BR/3.5BA Perdido Key Oasis (listed separately). We use the lower level listing to fill gaps in our calendar and cater to last minute travelers looking for the luxury of a single family beach home. To be clear: you will NOT have to share any space with other renters or the owners. Curious about our beach packages or split-level layout? Shoot us a question—we’ve got answers!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entirety of the first floor and one garage bay during their stay (there is an owner's closet and one garage bay is reserved for the owners as well). Perdido Key Oasis Lower Level is used to fill vacancies in our calendar but you will NOT have to share any spaces with other renters, nor will we be on the premises during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Perdido Key Coves One is located in the middle of Perdido Key State Park. Use the deeded beech access to enjoy one of the most secluded and pristine beach areas from Gulf Shores to 30A.



Getting Around:

The beach and neighborhood tennis courts are a five minute walk from the home. With free parking on-site, you'll be able to drive east or west for any number of food options. There's also an active public transit (uber & taxis) in the area.

We’re excited to host you! Please be aware of the following important details:



You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation.



Before arrival, guest verification is required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi (formerly known as Superhog). For stays 14 nights or less, you’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Truvi). For long stays, we require a security deposit of $1,750.



By taking a moment to review the property details, photos, and house rules, and responding promptly to our messages, you can rest assured that we’ll go above and beyond to make your stay five-star worthy.



The pool is heated from the months of March-November. With advance notice and depending on weather conditions, we can heat the pool in winter months for an additional fee to be agreed prior to booking. Pool & hot tub hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM year round.



Groups with all guests under the age of 25 are prohibited.
