We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it's within the terms. If no insurance policy is purchased, that's OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
