Our cozy 1 room cabin is ‘glamping’ at its finest! Designed for simple living, the cabin features gorgeous rustic pine floors and traditional board paneling throughout, custom-built log queen-sized bed, workspace stocked with vintage books, and coffee station with drip coffee pot, tea kettle, and mini-fridge. For couples traveling with a little one, the twin-sized bunk allows for space-saving children's accommodation. Directly off of the main room is the fully equipped private bathroom, furnished with a converted bucket sink and antique 1800s galvanized cowboy tub with a hand-held showerhead. There is a wood burning fireplace inside the cabin. There is also and outdoor wood burning firepit. Enough firewood is provided for one fire in each.

This is a special cabin suited for active travelers interested in a memorable Ozark experience as they explore the area.

THE CABIN INTERIOR IS 11x14.  THE BATHROOM IS 8x8.  

This property requires mobility. There are steps to the cabin, into the hot tub, and a lengthy staircase to the river, with a somewhat challenging shoreline.  

The river access does provide a reasonable area for lounging in the water -typically 4’ deep in summer (low water conditions).  The Kings River is free-flowing. Therefore, the river can be in flood stage at times, eliminating access to the shore

Kitchen: Mini Fridge, Tea Kettle, Basic Dishware, Basic Cutlery, Charcoal Grill outside, Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

IMPORTANT LOCATION INFORMATION:  The Hideout Cabins sits within a resort setting, including a large home and with in 30 yards of the 'Dream Weaver Airstream\".  The Airstream is permanently anchored in place and arranged to create a 'glamping campsite' with a large deck.  The Airstream is lodging, but that area has its own private deck, and outdoor area. (The Dreamweaver is visible at a distance from the porch of the Hideout).   The owner's house is approximately 100 yards in front of the cabin. The owner's house is not obtrusive. Note - The hot tub has a small privacy surround, although it is not entirely hidden.

Notre confortable chalet d'une pièce est le summum du « glamping » ! Conçu pour une vie simple, il est doté de magnifiques parquets en pin rustique et de lambris traditionnels, d'un lit queen-size en rondins sur mesure, d'un espace de travail rempli de livres anciens et d'une cafetière filtre, d'une bouilloire et d'un mini-réfrigérateur. Pour les couples voyageant avec un enfant en bas âge, la couchette double permet de gagner de la place. Directement à côté de la pièce principale se trouve la salle de bain privée entièrement équipée, dotée d'un lavabo seau transformé et d'une baignoire ancienne en acier galvanisé du XIXe siècle avec douchette. Un foyer à bois est également disponible à l'intérieur du chalet. Un foyer extérieur est également à disposition. Du bois est fourni pour un feu dans chaque chalet.

Ce chalet est spécialement conçu pour les voyageurs actifs souhaitant vivre une expérience inoubliable dans les Ozarks tout en explorant la région.

Cette propriété nécessite une certaine mobilité. Il y a des marches pour accéder au chalet, au jacuzzi et à la rivière, dont le rivage est quelque peu difficile, par un long escalier.

L'accès à la rivière offre un espace suffisant pour se prélasser dans l'eau, généralement profonde de 1,20 m en été (en cas de basses eaux). La rivière Kings est à courant libre. Par conséquent, la rivière peut être en crue par moments, empêchant l'accès à la rive.

Chacune de nos cabines est équipée d'une cafetière filtre, de café pré-dosé et de filtres adaptés à votre confort. De plus, nous mettons à votre disposition de la crème et du sucre pour une expérience café optimale. Si vous avez une préférence pour une marque ou un accessoire à café en particulier, n'hésitez pas à apporter les vôtres.

INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES SUR L'EMPLACEMENT :  Les cabines Hideout se trouvent dans un cadre de villégiature, comprenant une grande maison et à moins de 30 mètres du « Dream Weaver Airstream ». L'Airstream est ancré en permanence et disposé pour créer un « camping de glamping » avec une grande terrasse. L'Airstream est un hébergement, mais cette zone dispose de sa propre terrasse privée et d'un espace extérieur. (Le Dreamweaver est visible à distance depuis le porche du Hideout).   La maison du propriétaire se trouve à environ 100 mètres devant la cabine. La maison du propriétaire n'est pas gênante. Remarque : le bain à remous est entouré d'un petit espace d'intimité, bien qu'il ne soit pas entièrement caché.

Se déplacer:
Stamina and Mobility are required to visit the shore of the Kings River - A significantly long staircase leads to the shore of the Kings River.  The entrance to the stairway is appropriately 100 yards from the cabin.  The bottom area of the shoreline is rocky (water shoes required) but this area of the river provides an excellent spot to relax in the water.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances.  Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
