Come enjoy a relaxing getaway in Orange Beach at this 2 bed/2 bath condo that faces "Ole River" - and is a 2 min walk across the street to the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful condo will treat you to some of the best views in Alabama of Old River and Ono Island, as you enjoy coffee at sunrise, or cocktails at sunset, from the balcony!

This condo has a beautiful kitchen and is fully-stocked with all the essentials, with a large countertop perfect for prepping your favorite meals. Serve early morning brunch at the breakfast bar, or enjoy an evening meal al fresco.

The living room has wonderful views of beautiful Old River, with plenty of lounging area for everyone to gather after a long, fun day at the beach or on the boat and wind down with a family movie on the 48" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with single vanity sink, tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a connecting guest bath with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. There is a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Tile and VPF throughout/ no carpet.

End the night with cocktails on the balcony watching the boats roll by as the sun sets on Old River below.

Wind Drift promises a blissful getaway and complete relaxation. Grab your swimsuit and enjoy the luxuries of on-site boat slips, 2 outdoor pools, a sandy nook right by the boat dock perfect for babies and beach toys, and private beach access. Bring the kayaks and paddle boards for an easy drop-in for all day fun on Old River, or bring your fishing poles, fish all day, and take advantage of the fish cleaning station.

Wind Drift uniquely offers first come, first serve boat slips, located across the street on Old River. You can even store your boat/jet ski trailer there, or drop a line from the fishing docks. Other amenities include two swimming pools (one Gulf front and one Bayfront.)

- Additional Parking Details: Parking passes are $62.10 per vehicle (Max 2) for up to a 7-night stay. Reservations exceeding 7 days or that have added additional nights to an already existing reservation must purchase additional parking passes for those nights. A gate code will be provided directly from the Wind Drift Association.**

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
