The property is a legalized lower unit of a bi-level duplex. The suite has full sized windows in each room and is completely separate from the upper level unit with private covered parking in the back.

The suite has two main bedrooms with queen beds and double closets in each room. There is also a third bedroom with a twin bed and a fold up desk for a workstation if needed.

There is a full laundry room outfitted with a washer, dryer, double laundry sink, and clothes drying rack for in suite laundry at your own convenience.
