Welcome to Hammock Village 9, a brand-new home in the peaceful neighborhood of Hammock Village in Pirate's Cove. A haven of modern elegance built in 2023, this luxurious beach house was built with renters in-mind, offering spacious decks, a reverse floor-plan and two laundry units. Its prime location ensures easy access to the ocean, making it a highly sought-after vacation spot. This tastefully designed retreat features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. Ideal for families or groups of friends, Hammock Village 9 promises a blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary sophistication.
On the top floor, discover a lavish King bedroom with a private bathroom. The heart of the home - a fully-equipped kitchen - is tailored for your culinary adventures, connecting seamlessly to the dining and living areas. A stacked washer/dryer enhances the home's functionality, along with a bonus space with a couch for privacy. Guests will find the entry level just as appointed with a King bedroom with private on-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. Also on this level is a bedroom with 2 Double beds and another King bedroom, sharing a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with stand-up shower. The fifth bedroom (not pictured yet) has a Double bed with Double Trundle, perfect for people of all ages.
Modern comforts including high-speed WiFi and Smart TVs are complemented by the private elevator, creating a perfect setting for leisure and relaxation. Experience outdoor living at its finest on one of the two expansive decks. Enjoy using the Outdoor Shower to rinse off the sand from an amazing day at the beach. The 55-foot canal space located just a short walk from the home give guests the opportunity to fish, crab or dock their boat. The boat trailer must be kept under the home (the garage is the only covered parking) or stored off-site for an additional fee. Guests do have access to the garage for storing all their sandy items. With size of driveway and garage, guests can have up to 5 vehicles.
Pirate's Cove maintains a fresh and allergen-free home, upholding a non-smoking policy. Hammock Village 9 has a Saturday Turnover requirement from Memorial Day to Labor Day, partials and off turn-day stays are considered during other days. Golf Carts are permitted in the neighborhood and guests have access to all of Pirate's Cove's amenities, including: community pool, athletic courts (tennis, volleyball, basketball), fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock for walking.
Experience the joy of beachfront living just a five-minute drive from the ocean. The property allowed for 1 Dog and there is no smoking permitted.
