The 3 bedroom Penthouse unit is perfect for family and/or friends. As you walk into the unit, it opens up into a spacious living area, complete with sofa and chairs, a big screen TV and a 2 story window looking out onto the patio, resort and the beautiful Caribbean. There is a large dining area, and a full kitchen with high-end appliances, dishes, cookware and everything you need to make an amazing meal.......... if you choose.. :-) (All-Inclusive options are available as well. Please ask if interested) There is a large terrace/patio outside the living room and dinging room, which is the perfect place to enjoy room service breakfast. There is a master bedroom, a guest full bathroom, washer and dryer on this floor. You walk up the stair case to the second floor and there are 2 more bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with separate soaker tub and walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large, self-lit mirror. As you continue up the stairs, you arrive at the top terrace with a hot tub, shower, large seating area with comfy furniture and plenty of room to enjoy with a large crowd. The view from the top is unmatched. My wife and I and 2 other couples spent a week there this past year and it was a wonderful vacation.

In addition to a prime location in the one of Mexico's premier destinations, look forward to five gourmet restaurants, a food truck and three bars. Of course, you can always order drinks and food from any lounger by the pool or on the beach. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center and a world class Spa. There are three whirlpool hot tubs, beach access with lounge chairs and daybeds. Over six pools also grace the grounds, including an adult's only pool with hammocks and kid's pool. And there is a stunning, adults only rooftop infinity pool that is absolutely relaxing and a great place to read and enjoy a drink by the pool - and the view is unmatched.

When Cancun springs to mind, it's hard not to envision year-round balmy weather and the lap of the waves against the sand. But this town has so much to offer, with shops and restaurants in abundance just waiting to be explored as well as the destination's second most renowned attraction - the nightlife! Or, if you prefer a bit more adventure, consider a jungle tour, zip lining, snorkeling or even a quick trip across the water to Isla Mujeres! There is a ferry to the island within walking distance.
