Welcome to our cozy and convenient retreat located near the subway and just minutes away from the beach. This charming unit boasts three Bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or business travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The apartment is nestled in a lively neighborhood filled with fun and exciting local restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. You’ll have the opportunity to experience the authentic flavors and ambiance of the area.

Our home is meticulously maintained and sparkling clean, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests. The quiet 3BR-2BA home features:

Beautiful apartment

This property is extremely clean and was good for a short trip to Boston for a few Red Sox games. Proximity to the Red Line can't be beat and there is a market, liquor store and restaurants to grab a quick bite nearby.

Our stay at the apartment was great. It was very clean and pictures are exactly like the apt. Location was good. Parking on the street can be a little hard to find at times but doable. Messaged the host one time with a question and received a quick response. Would stay again.

Perfect!

We stayed here for my first Boston marathon and it was perfect. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Good restaurants and some local markets in walking distance. T stop close by. Pictures are exactly how it looks. Would definitely stay here again.

Fourth of July Weekend Trip

We really enjoyed this rental space. Clean, spacious, lots of beds and 2 bathrooms for a larger group was perfect. The area was hit or miss, but we mostly went into downtown Boston or to the harbor, so it didn’t affect us too much. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Apartment in a Great Neighborhood

Brought a group to attend a convention. We stayed in this unit for 4 nights. The T is just a few blocks away as is groceries and little cafes. The unit is sparkling and the beds are comfy. Would stay here again on any extended trip.

Simple and Comfortable

It was a great apartment - everything was clean and neat. All the amenities were just as described and the location was great. There were restaurants within walking distance, a small grocery store, and a Walgreens pharmacy. The subway station was very close too and many Boston attractions could reached within a 15-20 minute ride.

We felt comfortable with where the property is located. Easy walk to the Savin Hill “T” station. I was disappointed with the owners lack of empathy in helping me with a problem with the tv. The internet speed was slow. The picture on the tv would frequently freeze to buffer. There is on street parking. We were fortunate to get a parking space a couple doors down. At three in the morning of our first night, we were woken by noice from the unit directly above us. This lasted for about one hour. One or multiple people were walking around, opening and closing things and the noise penetrated through the floor. This only happened the first night.

Lovely place, cute neighborhood, and right next to public transport

Lovely little place. Clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. This apartment is part of a larger 3-apartment building and is on the first floor. It is cute and comfortable with no frills (like no lap blankets or extra pillows etc.). The directions to the apartment were confusing and the locks were finicky but once we got in with help from VRBO and the manager, all was well. It is awesome to have 2 bathrooms and once we turned up the heater it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely with food, restaurants, and a pharmacy very close by. The giant historic buildings are awesome and to get downtown it is just a quick walk to the T. If you are planning on cooking for your stay the kitchen is not set up for much so pre-made food would be better.

Super location

It’s not easy to find a place close to the downtown that has 3 bedrooms, is clean, conveniently close to the train, AND has more than one bathroom, but doesn’t require a second mortgage to pay for. The host was easy to contact, too. We loved being able to easily walk to the red line since we were all there to see the Freedom Trail, as well as take in other venues in the city. There was a grocery store on the way to the train, too, so we could stock up on some food and we didn’t need to eat out every meal. Given the location of the property, there was some noise from the street, the train, and the tenants above, but that was expected. A white noise-maker or ear plugs take care of that. The 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable, as well as the 2 bathrooms across the hall. For 6 adults, and two kids under 3, the place worked great! Having a portable crib already there was sure nice, too. We all agreed that we would be happy to stay here again.

Great Place

Lovely place to stay. Nice home, nice neighborhood. Only a five minute walk to the Red Line. Grocery store just a couple blocks away. The only issue was that the listing said there would be a coffee pot, and there wasn't. And we had to buy simple things that I would expect to be included, like dishwasher detergent. There was no soap in the bathrooms for hand washing - so we asked the host to bring some, and they did. So they seemed super helpful and willing to help. Overall, a lovely place.

Location is super easy to take the Red Line to Boston. Most local restaurants are really bars that happen to serve food but there are a couple nice places to eat nearby or grab a coffee. The condo itself felt secure although you can hear folks entering and exiting as the doors are super loud and it can be slightly alarming if your not sure it was your front door or the door to the complexes above us. Parking, which I assume is bad in most places this close to Boston, was a daily struggle as they clean the streets and shut ours down the week we were there from 7am-4pm. Owner responded quickly to some minor smoke alarm issues. No real check out list was provided even though we asked multiple times for one via the VRBO chat and direct message. Place was clean overall and the beds were very comfortable. We did adrive to towels and wash rags that had been cleaned in the washer but never put in the dryer, not a biggie just some little things that seem to add up.
