Sweet Magnolia will welcome you with a very large open layout featuring living, kitchen and dining area. Plenty of seating for everyone to sit around the fireplace making memories. Located on one side of the property is a half bath for guest, private area for furry friends kennel room, large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite. Our ensuite features a large walk in rain fall shower. The opposite end of the house features a private office space, just in case you have to work while on vacation or need an extended stay. The 2nd master is on this side as well with a king size bed and ensuite. The back door leads you to a large deck with forest views surrounding you. You will find a large hot tub, cozy up by the fireplace or enjoying dining outside while you watch your favorite game on the tv. Just off the deck you will find the separate 3rd room. Its time for fun as you enter the large game area, featuring foosball, air hockey, mini fridge, game table, board games or maybe chill on the couch for a movie. When its time to call it a night you will have 2 bunks with queen over queen beds. Attached to the 3rd room is a beautiful bathroom with a large soaking tub/shower combo. Sweet Magnolia also has a fire pit for those late night stories or some yummy marshmallow roasting.

With this being said in order to bring a pet you must contact us directly, we will then approve or disapprove. This is due to pet owners taking advantage of an open pet policy. Our pet guideline include
-No pets over 25 lbs (Limit 1 pet)
-No pets on furniture or bedding (This will result in an added cleaning fee of $100)
-You must pick up your dogs waste (we don't want to smell it or step in it)
-Fees apply to bring your pet (Mandatory cleaning fee as well as a deposit)
