Maison dispose d'une grande salle avec cheminée, vue sur l'eau à partir de presque toutes les pièces, 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, air conditionné, deux grillades en plein air, feu de camp et une nouvelle douche extérieure. House is great for and worked perfectly for our family. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for water fun and Badmittion, bocce, and corn hold available as well. Tom is a great host and very quick to respond if there are any issues. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we came back.

Perfect summer getaway

The place was perfect for our family of 5 for a summer vacation. Loved the location and the outdoor amenities (kayaks, badmitten, cornhole). Tom was a great host and we would definitely go back. Rented a boat with Yacht Hampton, ate great meals at Lulus in Sag Harbor and Duryeas in Montauk and Wolffers Winery is very scenic and enjoyable.

Perfect Waterfront Property

We had a wonderful girls weekend!! This property was perfect. It had everything we needed and more! The property manager was wonderful and always available when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic!

The location of the house is truly special. The house sits facing a beautifully manicured yard and the harbor. From the kitchen and the den area, the sun comes in and glistens off the water. From the dock, it is very simple to put in kayaks and paddleboards. There are seating areas throughout the property for meals or just for reading a good book and enjoying the view. The photographs on vrbo are very accurate. The house itself has an open floor plan and is pristine. We were 4 adults, three generations. The house was the perfect size - grandpa in one bedroom, mom in one bedroom and the 2 adult children in the room with 2 twins. Tom is extremely responsive to any concerns or needs and is lovely. He met us at the house for check-in and made check-out very easy. We LOVED every minute of our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Private, Peaceful, Water Access, Great Sunrises, Great Stay !

My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend. We will return soon as four days was just not long enough. The owners were responsive and helpful. The house was spacious, light and bright, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything one needs and the bedrooms very comfortable. The location/orientation of the house, with a large deck, front yard, shaded hammock, and a gazebo provided endless hours of peaceful vistas with amazing sunrises. It was enjoyable to have a BBQ on the deck while watching the various boats sail along. We brought our kayak and with easy dock entry also enjoyed paddling on the water. While tucked away in a private, peaceful setting, the house is close enough to the village of East Hampton and Montauk for when the mood changes. A pleasurable bonus is the owners are artists and we appreciated the art work arranged in the various rooms. It was a nice special touch. We had a great time, enjoyed the private water access setting and I would recommend it to all, and look forward to the opportunity to return.

Magical setting!

Delightful property offering animated views of boats coming and going from the marina. Mr. T is a gracious and attentive host. Easy access to town, Round Swamp Farm, Damark, Amagansett, and Cedar Point and all our favorite destinations. Lovely neighborhood for walking with just right number of hills to make it count.

Exactly as Posted and Beautiful

Everything you see is everything you get. The property is gorgeous and very close to East Hampton Village. The property manager was very easy to contact if I had questions. Completely worth every penny!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week at this home. The house was clean and light and had everything we needed. We especially loved the kayaks and the paddle boards - so wonderful to have access to the water from the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate house is a treat for the senses

The spacious and comfortable interior is complemented by a huge window showing the scenic Three Mile Harbor Bay. We were able to enjoy the view despite cold weather on the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was sparkling clean when we checked in and we appreciated the creative and original decoration combining professional photographs, paintings and retro touches like a player piano and pinball machine. The property manager Tom was super-responsive when we had questions. There were no problems to resolve,

Late summer at South Pond

My family and I had a great stay in East Hampton at South Pond. The Property Manager Tom was a pleasure to work with. The house is beautiful and spotless. The water views from the house are beautiful. We really enjoyed our time at the house.

Wonderful home, terrific experience

Spent a lovely weekend at Tom's house. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated with terrific artwork and photos. And the grounds are terrific with a charming gazebo and great views of the bay. The outdoor shower is a hoot and very refreshing. Was there with 5 friends and we spent hours watching the water and boats go by. The location is very convenient to town and the beach. This is a great house to rent and Tom is a pleasure to work with. Would rent again.

Peaceful respite. Great house for friends and families to share.

My husband and I wanted to find a rental near NYC to vacation with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. When we went online to look for places on the water, they were totally out of our very generous price range, so we considered a number of properties away from the water with pools – most had a great degree of privacy, and then we came to realize… this could be anywhere…a house, with a pool in the backyard, with privacy. Seriously. Anywhere. Including my own home. So we restarted our quest for places on the water. That’s when we found this property and I’m so happy we did. The owner was fabulous - always available to answer questions without being intrusive. He also found a very valuable ring while doing the final cleaning and returned it! We didn’t even mention it to him after we left, assuming it was gone forever. (He texted me two days after we departed asking if had lost a ring.) But the number one thing this property offers is serenity, which is not to say it’s not a great house for entertaining. The 24 year-olds that came along mentioned these facts without any prompting on my part. What enables this serenity and the capacity to entertain is the view and the property layout. It’s just fabulous…and you won’t have to take a mortgage out on your house to partake! Highly recommend.

Relaxing vacation in a beautiful home

For our friends outing, we spent a weekend in this beautiful home. Just as advertised, the home had a light an airy feel about it, which made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. It was fully equipped with modern technology while at the same time giving us plenty of privacy and time to ourselves. Evidently, the homeowners are artists and had much of their work on display which complemented the beauty of the surroundings and interior design. The downtown area--and main beach--were nearby. The six of us especially enjoyed using the full kitchen, grill, and fire pit. The dinners were the epitome of conviviality. The home was the perfect getaway, where pensiveness and joy intermingle. The East Hampton sunshine was so refreshing, especially while sitting outside by the lake or while lying on the hammock. Tom, one of the owners, was a real pleasure to work with. I sent him a message asking where to park and he called me back with full instructions. He made our check-in/check-out very smooth. Thanks for the beautiful memories. We'd all love to come back!
