Adorable Lake House in a Quaint Neighborhood - Lake access in our subdivision

Our home is a perfect little lake getaway. It is within walking distance of everything. Downtown is only a mile away, and in Vermilion we have access to 8 different beaches. We are close to Showse Park and Main Street Beach - and Cedar Point is in Sandusky, which is only 20-25 minutes away. We are far enough from the busy-ness but close enough to be able to enjoy it as well.
Our Downtown area is great for small businesses and everyone gathers at sunset to watch the sun go down, whether it's Summer, Winter, Spring or Fall, it's fun for all to hang out at the beach. We are also near towns like Amherst and Lorain where there is great food and their own Downtown areas, all within 5-10 minutes away.


The home is 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a mud room and a huge backyard to enjoy the chilly evenings - you can enjoy nature and roast marshmallows at the same time. Each room is equipped with a tv and they are all smart tv's, so you can sign in with your own streaming services. There are local channels on each tv within the streaming apps.
The Master Bedroom and Guest Room 2 are both equipped with a desk to be able to do some work or surf the internet, with your own laptop computer. All bedrooms have an extra set of sheets and all the beds/bedding is new - we usually rent to healthcare workers, and keep our home very clean and sanitary, and expect all guests to do the same. We also have a "no shoe" policy so everyone can enjoy fresh floors and rugs that were recently replaced.
The kitchen is fully equipped and even has condiments for our travelers and we have a dishwasher and small appliances as well, like coffee station, waffle maker, mixer, blender, and quality pots and pans. The mud room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, along with a broom, mop and vaccuum in case of accidents, spills or general cleaning.
