This unit is perfect for the family and provides a fun out of the ordinary experience, 2 bunk bedrooms on the bottom floor and 3 rooms upstairs, with new furniture, decor and fixtures. Large LED tv, color changing fireplace and lighting. The property takes a half hour to heat up once you turn on heat. There is no central heating or AC. Back deck is very spacious to have gatherings and barbecues. And yes, we are also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions along for the adventure! Please let us know how many pets you will be bringing. There is a $100.00 non refundable pet fee.

This listing is for the whole unit 3, laundry inside, shared deck and creek.

All trash must be bagged when taking it out, and make sure to close the bear-proof latch.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

Renters are responsible for refilling propane tanks ($20) and purchasing firewood ($10) at Lowe's or Food Lion if needed.
