You can also have some fun at the Clubhouse, which offers a bar/restaurant, a big pool with water slides, a lazy river, a tiki bar, gym, playground and mini golf.

Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay).

Additionally, there is a movie theater and a game room equipped with 9 arcades, a pool table, air hockey, a slide, and a TV. The game room also includes a bunk bed. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

For your convenience, there are 2 suites located on the first floor and a bunk bed in the game room. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and the movie theater are situated on the second floor.

- There are no designated parking spaces, but there are free parking spaces right in front of the house (first come, first served).

- We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

- Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

- Free washer and dryer available at the house.

- We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90 degrees (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

- We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

- Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
