Perfect Place

I don't know that I've ever stayed in a place as perfect as Ninna's! Every detail was thought through to make our stay great. The house is immaculate and the backyard is a dream. Ninna had the best communication and always made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return one day!

This is a wonderful house. Everything is in working order. They have a high chair and portable playpen for the baby. Pots & pans, plaes and bowls, silverware, measuring cups and all we needed to cook breakfast or dinner. Excellent wifi & tv's. Fans for the bedrooms...the list goes on. They thought of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We would book this house again when we visit Illinois. We walked around the streets every night for a little exercise. Slept in, very quiet area.Thanks, Jim & Karyn.

The house was amazing! It was extremely clean and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the owner was super attentive and quick to respond. Ninna left us a gift card for the best deep dish pizza in town due to a very small issue with the dishwasher which was extremely thoughtful! The space was perfect for our mother-daughter get away and our pre-teen girls thoroughly enjoyed the large room with a vanity and egg chair. Although the weather was not great the backyard was awesome with swing chairs for the girls and a shaded cabana for us moms. I would highly recommend staying here as it’s very family friendly and close to everything.

Wonderful Stay

This property had everything we needed, it is the best stocked property we have stayed in through VRBO. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable. The property manager checked on us and was very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Very cute and family-friendly

This property is amazing! Quick and easy check-in process, incredible homey feel, and so clean! This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay while visiting friends in Arlington Heights for New Year’s. Enough space that our teenager and preteen weren’t on top of each other, but not too big that the place felt empty. Highly recommend! Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay.

The place was immaculate and well taken care of. They had all the amenities you would need for kids and babies. The backyard was awesome, a great place to grill and have dinner on the deck, and very shady in the evening. We will look for this place again when we are back in the area.

Family Trip

The home was spotless and well equipped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great backyard with seating areas for the family to gather together. Lovely neighborhood and close to things to do with two young children. The host was available and attentive to our needs. Just a wonderful trip.

Can’t say enough of this place!! Beautiful neighborhood, spacious, organized, clean, and comfortable home away from home. Ninna has thoroughly thought of every necessity that one may need. Perfect Home and Location!

Several family members were in town for my nieces baby shower. This home was adorable and lay out was perfect for us. The spacious family room was wonderful for some additional family members to gather. The owner was great as well. We had one small issue. We notified the owner in the morning and it was immediately taken care of. Loved this home and owner. We will be back!

Beautiful Home

This home is so beautiful. Loved everything about it. Easy check in and check out. The home is clean and has lots of sun light in the family rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Nina was amazing. She checked in on us and made sure we had a good stay. Will totally book this place again next time when we come back.

About this house, we have spent hundreds of hours to fully renovated this beautiful home and personally picked out everything from top to bottom and tested out to ensure it will be 100% for our guest as we strive to provide a 5-star experience to all our guests.
