The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Your bedroom is the only room on the top floor and includes a bathroom as well as terrace, so there is lots of privacy and room to relax at the end of a day of sightseeing in the city. There is also a shared kitchen, living and dining area that you can use and where you can cook your own meals. A shopping centre with groceries and all amenities is within a 5 minute walk.

You can get to Amsterdam city centre by bike (15 minutes) or by public transport (20 minutes), with the bus stop right across the street from the house. You may also want to explore cool Amsterdam Noord, NDSM and its restaurants at the wharf, a 15 minute walk from the house.

The best in Amsterdam

As soon as we arrived, Malachi welcomed us warmly explaining every detail of the house and the city, also suggesting things to do during the day. The stay was very pleasant and Malachi was very discreet. The terrace has a beautiful view and we had a great time.

Wonderful home away from home

Very nice and sweet place with great location to a bus stop that made transportation a breeze. Has a wonderful balcony that was amazing to watch the sun set. And how friendly our homeowner is! Would absolutely stay here again

First visit to Netherlands made easy!

The location in Noord is excellent. The bus stop across the street is super convenient. Malachi and his brother are welcoming and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed their company and the privacy of the top floor with balcony. Quiet neighborhood and clean, comfortable bedroom with private bathroom. Highly recommend for location/quick trip to Centraal and ease!!

Very nice and welcoming accomodation

We spent a great week at Malachi's home as a couple. Malachi is very welcoming and friendly host and he directly made us feel comfortable. The room is spacious, and the whole floor (bedroom + bathroom + rooftop terrace) is for the guests so we can have real intimacy. The surroundings are quiet and you can reach Centraal Station in less than 30 min with public transport. Quentin & Juliette

Excellent stay and friendly host!

From the outset, Malachi (host) was helpful, attentive and communicated well with us before our stay. He provided us with helpful tips on how to access central Amsterdam and even left flyers in our room with useful tourist information and activities. The property was very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. While the property isn’t located in Amsterdam, it is only a short 10 minute journey to get there. 10/10 stay - would recommend!!

Great hosts!

The property was easy to get to and from by bus. The host is very friendly and courteous. He was usually at the house so easy to come and go. He did give us a key. The steps to the room are steep and narrow which seems normal for the area but something Americans aren't used to. The bed was comfortable. The room had it's own bathroom. We would stay there again.

Nice space, great hosts

Looking for an affordable place to stay took out out of the Centrum. I was a little nervous about what looked to be distant on paper, but it was very easy to get around between a nearby bus stop which provided easy access to the metro. Malachi was great, very helpful. The unit itself was efficient and had very comfortable mattresses. Having our own bathroom was a plus. We also had access to the kitchen, but really didn't use anything but the refrigerator. All in all, we had a great and satisfying stay.

Très bel endroit, propre et accueil parfait. Près d’un arrêt d’autobus . Accès à la cuisine facile mais préférable de manger dans notre belle grande chambre au deuxième étage . Grande terrasse que l’on peut utiliser

Excelente experiencia en Amsterdam

Con mi pareja pasamos tres días maravillosos en Amsterdam, alojados en un hermoso sitio: limpio, agradable, confortable, con un anfitrion genial como Malachi, que nos atendió, ayudó y asesoró de la mejor manera. Recomiendo muchísimo este lugar, que además está muy bien conectado por autobús y metro para recorrer esta bellísima ciudad.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, 15 Minuten, und man ist mittendrin. Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür. Sehr ruhig und super freundliche und lustige Gastgeber. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Danke! Wir kommen wieder.

Super Lage und freundliche Gastgeber

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Wohnung. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbreit und super freundlich. Die Unkompliziertheit war sehr angenehm. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wie haben 6 schöne Tage in Amsterdam verbracht. Malachi und sein Bruder weren sehr entspannte Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, der Check in Vorgang und insgesamt alles vor Ort war vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
