THE SPACE
Embrace the tranquility of our century-old 6-bedroom villa that effortlessly combines vintage charm with contemporary comfort. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a luxurious stay in the city center.
On the main floor youâll find a large living room with a 65 inch TV, a spacious dining room that seats ten people comfortably as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The main floor also has a large bedroom and a half bathroom.
Upstairs you have five bedrooms. The floor is spacious and has a balcony, a shower room and a half bathroom, offering ample space for rest and privacy.
In the basement you have a full bathroom, a large laundry room with a washer and a dryer as well as two showers. Please note that the basement stairs are steep.
Outside, a private garden entices with its quiet charm, converting into a quaint outdoor dining space.
