Other details to note:
⇹ In the winter or early spring, 4WD or 2WD with chains is recommended.
⇹ The hot tub takes a few hours to heat up. Please plan accordingly. The ideal temp for most people is 100 - 102 degree, some like it hot at 104.
⇹ There is no central AC, which is the norm in Woodland Park as temps are usually moderate and evenings are cool. If it is summer time, Keep the shades closed during the day and open windows for cool breezes in the evenings.
⇹ There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the entryway. It can view the entryway and the hot tub. Live footage and does not record. We give you your privacy and the camera is only there should issues arise.
⇹ EV charger requires a Tesla adapter for Tesla vehicles. Please bring your own.
⇹ There are 3 Smart TVs available - 1 in upper level, 1 in lower level, and 1 in the Primary bedroom. You are welcome to use your own login to any apps you would like. Please remember to logout prior to checking out!
⇹ Woodland Park is a high altitude mountain town. Starter supplies for Boost Oxygen are provided to use and guests are responsible for their own care thereafter. We are not doctors and cannot guarantee you will not experience altitude sickness. Please do what you think is necessary to stay healthy if you are sensitive to high altitudes.
⇹ We recommend taking it easy on the first day, drink plenty of water prior to arrival, start in the Springs, drink Electrolytes, and Coconut water. Avoid heavy exertion and limit alcohol the first few days.

Trash to Curb Service
-Our neighbor comes to the property either on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning to take the trash bins from the shed to the bottom of the driveway. She is an adult female. (Also, please be aware that Amazon drivers typically put deliveries in the shed and are authorized and safe to be on the property)
