Very comfortable and well located. A bit noisy in the evening cause Latins have this fierce need to play music loudly. We had some confusion about payments but the staff and accommodations are very nice

Hello Wayne, Thank you for your comments. Despite your perception of safety our neighborhood has proved been safe for all visitors, There is police presence in the corner at all times and there is nothing to feel unsafe about. Thank you for your stay

Beautiful restoration building.

The Cuadra Residence is beautifully restored and maintained with detail. The unit is beautiful. The rooftop pool and social area is stunning. We visited the restaurant which also is charming and done with style. We did not have a meal but the menu looked varied and would meet anyone’s taste. The location is a tiny bit beyond the edge of reclamation in Cusco Viejo but we felt safe walking through the local neighbour hood street with families going about their business.

City oasis

My wife and I stayed for 5 days in this apartment. Everything in the apartment was new and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment and the entire building was spotless. The roof top pool area is a really nice feature if you want to relax and get some sun and cool off from the heat. The restaurant on the ground floor is 5 star as well. Great food and drink with great service. Location is convenient as well. Short walking distance to a bunch of other restaurants, bars, coffee shops ect.... Heavy police presence to make you feel safe. Would definitely stay again

El Congrejo

I arrived late because of the airport delay. When I arrived, my room had an odor of fish. They were gracious, and moved me to another room. The bathroom smelled like unwashed mop. So, they moved me to a beautiful 2bd suite. The next day, I was moved again to my original room, which was thoroughly cleaned. This room was very nice, but the rug in the bedroom was stained. Other than this, the staff was very accommodating. The communication with the host was great.

The hosts were impressively reliable with communication. My questions were addressed within minutes through WhatsApp. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Noise was not an issue in the unit I stayed in. The building itself is conceptually beautiful. The management needs to pay more attention to maintaining it. In the short time it's been open the walls in the public spaces have marks and minor damages from guests luggage. Touching up the walls with paint now and then would restore the freshness. Pool is already missing tile and trim boards. The buildings guest reception personnel were great - welcoming, friendly and always available.

La Cuadra Residences

My stay at La Cuadra Residences was a study in contrasts. The apartment itself was absolutely fantastic. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. The kitchen was stocked, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was a definite plus.One of the highlights was Aya La Vida the onsite restaurant. The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. Having such a convenient and delicious dining option was a real treat.However, I feel it's important to address the location. The immediate surrounding area felt somewhat questionable, particularly at night. While I didn't experience any issues personally, I did feel a bit uneasy walking alone after dark. I would recommend that future guests be aware of this. To summarize:Pros:Excellent amenitiesSpotlessly cleanComfortable and well-equippedOutstanding onsite restaurantCons:Location may feel unsafe to some, especially at night.Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I believe it's essential for potential guests to be fully informed about the location.
