Welcome to our newest Surf Shack! Our recently purchased Surf Shack IV is on Fripp Island in the Fiddlers neighborhood, right off of Tarpon. We are across the street from “Hannah’s Park", on a large, wooded lot with southern front porches, rocking chairs and fans to keep the salty ocean air moving.

Surf Shack IV does not have a rental history but we have had several groups of friends stay to give us feedback so we could provide the best vacation for you and your group....

"We got to stay here a couple of weeks ago, and we miss it badly. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. It was easy to take walks, to ride bikes and to head over to Hannah’s Park, just across the street. This Southern beach house is taking on a great, fun personality, with double rocking chair porches and set under the shade of pine trees and palm trees. Most of the furniture and appliances in the house are brand new. It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing! Coming in off the hot, sandy beach, I loved the AC staying at a consistent temperature throughout the house. I loved that there was plenty of hot water. LOL! I loved the large dining table for all of us to sit around while we ate and played cards. I loved rocking on the porch in the cool night air listening to the night noises and, later, rocking in the early, still mornings watching the deer hanging out in the yard. And, I loved sleeping on cool, fresh sheets and a very comfortable mattress! We hope to return next year!"

Everything in the house has been newly purchased with your best and most comfortable experience in mind. We allow you to have full control over the thermostat during your stay. We have ceiling fans and added some standing fans too. There is also an air purifier to collect allergens.

We sleep 13 in beds with all new mattresses, organic linens, Casper pillows, and ample lighting for reading while you drift off to sleep. Or if TV is your preference, we just added new TV’s in all bedrooms.

We include a Limo golf cart for touring the island, going to dinner or the short ride to your favorite beach access! We have 31 beach accesses and they all have different paths, board walks, and views!

We also include 8 beach bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. In the large yard, there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a hammock swing. And in the garage you can enjoy a fun game of Ping Pong on our new table with new equipment.

We have an extra refrigerator in the garage, large washer & dryer, place to hose off. We also have a weber charcoal grill and a new gas grill with a burner for you to use.

We include a Hunting Island State Park pass for you to enjoy while renting Surf Shack IV. Climb the lighthouse, walk the “bone yard”, find your favorite shell or our favorite hobby, searching for sharks teeth and other cool fossils.
