***If the camper is returned dirty or Wet Dog smelly (other than the basic vacuum, linens change and dog hair), a $100 deep cleaning fee will be applied.
***If the camper is picked up with cigarette or cigar smoke smell inside the renter will forfeit the $700 deposit and could be charged for a restoration service. Again, please try not to let smoke drift inside the camper.
