The value and accommodations fit our needs for traveling with pets which isnot easy. However, communication, check in, and overall safety and up keep were not good. There was half a roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, 1 soap, missing outlet covers, the towels and linens were questionable. The backyard was completely overgrown and basic appearance was run down.

I got scammed because they never answered. They never answered Vrbo when VRBO called. I was left without a place to stay.We even asked the neighbors if there was issues in the neighbor said there’s always issues with this location.DO NOT STAY

Great area to be close to airport and stadium

Could use a little tlc, all in all clean - quick easy location for the reason we were there .

Inside clean. But outside?

The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. The property is priced correctly for the inside. But the backyard needs some work. I won't go into the details to give the owner an opportunity to correct it.

Overall a cute little place to stay. Cleanliness wasn’t bad at all. Some old cobwebs in the kitchen but we took them down with the broom. Owner was easy to work with and We were able to check in a little early due to being a little ahead of schedule. Communication was great. Was perfect for our one night stay!

The location was great. It was definitely a short drive to everywhere we had to go. The neighborhood wasn’t as great. My only problem with the inside of the house is that some of the bed sheets were stained.

Great spot in a nice area

The house had lots of rooms, was very clean, and it was in a really nice spot. The property manager had excellent communication, and was very responsive to questions. I definitely recommend it.

Overall a great stay

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house since we went to Tampa to be outside. There must be places where insects are entering the house since we saw a few roaches. We used the house as a place to go to sleep so overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed Tampa.

Great bargain

We had some trouble with the check in process, however, that was resolved very quickly by the owner. The property was exactly as described, not a lot of amenities however, for the cost, we didn’t expect a whole lot. The washer and dryer were located in the back and worked well. The living room/kitchen where the TV was was an odd set up Watch TV or anything so it worked out perfect. Overall, we got exactly what we wanted and had no issues.

The house is fine and there really is a lot of space, but very little to no amenities. Thankfully we had friends in the area and they brought a coffee maker and cleaning supplies

In Tampa for a wedding.

It’s an older house in a neighborhood of older houses, but has been completely remodeled inside as a rental. Basic and clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy to get around. It is right beside I-275 but the roadway is elevated so you’re not really hearing traffic when in the house. I thought the beds were very comfortable.

Inside was ok. Needs more kitchen stuff. For example , there wasn’t a can opener. Coffee pot needs an upgrade also. Yard had downed tree limbs everywhere. Yard has a lot of potential if owners invested some money in the property, it could be really nice.

The size of the property was very nice, but there were no wash cloths and only one towel for each guest. Also minimal utensils and pots and pans for cooking We appreciated the comfortable beds, how easy it was to use the shower, how clean the place was, but one bed was very uncomfortable. Be wary of the neighborhood. It’s considered a bit unsafe to go out at night. know Tina's bed wasn't comfortable)

This place is a dump. Should be 0 stars

We arrived 3 hours after check in time, the cleaning person was still there with her young children. We returned 30 minutes later to find dirty sheets, trash in the yard and a dirty refrigerator. Of coures the owner claims the house was in perfect condition.

Disappointed

The house was not clean and there were cockroachs by the front door and the bedrooms. We literally walked in and walked back out and got a hotel.

VRBO Scam

Never received a welcome email and the property owner is listing a house that they don’t own. Not a good first time impression with VRBO. I will be very hesitant about using VRBO again anytime soon or recommending VRBO to a friend. I do want to shout out Basam for his efforts in resolving this issue in a very timely manner.

The pictures were not accurate to the condition of home. We left early to go stay somewhere else. We found a couple cockroaches and the house was not appropriately stocked. It was very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY

The property looks like a bad neighborhood. My nephew was afraid to stay and I did not feel my brand new car was safe. You have to park on the street. No parking in driveway available. There is no living room. We stayed 30 minutes and decided to leave. The host refuses to refund me.

Don’t just don’t

Walked in to broken furniture and cockroaches. Back yard was disgusting. Beds were like hospital beds. Water and ice machine didn’t work in fridge. No shampoo or body wash like described in listing. How is deceiving in the photos. Don’t stay here ever!
