Respect Condo Rules

We include 3 kw per day, rest is only 3mx pesos per kw in base rate, 5mx peso in medium consumption and high consumption DAC rate at 8.50mx pesos

Monthly rates apply only to complete reservations, if a reservation is shortened the night base rate will apply to the nights occupy.

Guest is responsible to cancel, its reservation if this is shortened, as well if leave earlier and block complete period the total period will be charged.

If guest bring more people unregistered there is a fee of 20 usd per night per guest, make sure to register your extra guests and cover that part at check in via system.

Extra services such as Car , scooter, groceries delivery, food delivery, massages or other experiences are not included in your reservation and they need to be paid prior being delivered.
