The house is very cozy, it has all the comforts for a quiet stay, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful so you can sleep without disturbances.

It has a living room, dining room and kitchen fully equipped, two parking spaces, two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom on the ground floor, three bedrooms with a King size bed, 4 doubles, one single and two sofa bed.

We handle self check-in, once your reservation is confirmed, the instructions are sent to you by whats app for a more comfortable and pressure-free arrival.

Take into account that check-in is from 4pm onwards and check-out is at 12pm.

Nearby you will find stores (such as Oxxo, 7eleven, GoMart, etc.), supermarkets (such as Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana, etc.), several restaurants, bars, gas stations, pharmacies, among many others.

The parking fits 2 big cars without problem.

All amenities are available and you do not need any reservation, the schedule in most of these is from 7am to 11pm.

Noise and/or loud music must end by 11pm
