Located in St Charles, walking distance to SeaBreeze rec center on a dead end street (I also have a 2 bedroom Villa in Buttonwood very close by if you need to split nights because of my availability) Open floor plan with split bedrooms. My favorite spot in the house is the bar! It's great for working. Pet friendly because they are family! Golf cart & guest passes included! Coffee pods, grounds, sweeteners and creamers are provided. I prefer a 2 night minimum on the weekend, unless it's last minute, but please send me an inquiry to explain your request. I don't like to pay pet or cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too.........so I don't charge them!
Christine was great with communication and was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the house was exactly as the pictures displayed. The king size bed was very comfortable. We are thankful for the accommodations. ve the villages and enjoy our stasys there.
Christine is such an amazing host. We loved staying at the house, comfortable beds, clean and plan to come back as soon as we can. Everything was absolutely perfect!
We had a wonderful time visiting with grandparents who live in the villages. This house enabled us all to come for a visit and give space to our grandparents.
I would recommend this cozy home away from home property. The host was AWESOME, she was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. Can't wait to book with her again.
We enjoyed our stay at the villages. The house is located close to Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Christine was great to work with and we hope to return soon.
We needed one night as we left the Universal studio theme parks on our way to a Kayak Adventure at Silver Springs and Juniper Springs followed by more extended family time. We wish we could have stayed longer, the house was in a perfect location. The Host could not have been more gracious and the house was very comfortable for a family of 3 adults and one dog.
Very clean, very cute rental in the heart of the villages. The golf cart was an added bonus and allowed us to go everywhere we needed without having to get in our car. Property owner was very responsive and the house was very clean and well appointed. Weâll for sure be back!
Cheaper for 3 of us than local hotel. Was close to the home we were visiting. How water, comfy bed, AC worked perfectly (it was hot/muggy there.) Enough stuff in kitchen for our needs. (but couldn't get the coffee maker to work ... maybe user error?).
Would recommend.
This house was perfect for me, my 2 adult children and teen. It has everything you could possibly need, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. The house was also in a great location. Definitely recommend this house and Iâm sure we will be staying here again in the future.
A great location from which to explore The Villages
We were on a girlsâ roadtrip and thought it would be fun to explore The Villages. This property was a great location for that. The Villages is HUGE and a bit confusing, but there were maps and info left out for us. And a golf cart in the garage we could use. The place was very clean and comfortable. If youâre in the area, Iâd definitely recommend it.
We had a great overnight in the Villages at Christineâs home. Very few places with pets, we really lucked out. Perfect amount of space, nicely appointed and extremely clean. Only down side was that we only had one night here! Thanks again for a great home away from home.
Christine was a delight to deal with. Fast responses, and incredibly flexible. Her house was immaculate, very nicely decorated, and had an abundance of amenities. Location is perfect, with two golf carts to get around the entire area. Will definitely stay there again!
The house was not clean prior to arrival and we arrived almost two hours past the stated check-in time. We tried to contact the host via calls and texts to no avail for 90 minutes. Chatted with online VRBO agent who apologized and suggested we find somewhere else to stay to âgive them another chanceâ at 6pm on a Saturday.
We were finally told we could go to the house at 8:30pm. When we arrived it still reeked of gasoline and remained that way until we left on Wednesday. I had a headache the entire stay. The host originally offered a refund of one nights stay and then rescinded the offer (ghosted us).
