Come enjoy our retreat by the sea. It boasts ocean views, is well appointed and stylishly decorated and one of the more private homes in our community. Guests rave about all the special details. Just a 10 min walk to the coveted beach + surf break! Cerritos is one of the only swimmable beaches from Cabo to La Paz. Cook in or enjoy various option for good food and libations nearby.
The space

Whole-house Water Purification system!!! This is a rare feature and will help you and your family feel safe about the water coming from every faucet in the home. The tap water is clean enough to drink and even free from the chemicals you find in the water in the states. We also have Brita pitchers as an ultra pure second step, if you like.

We are one of the only homes in our small community without attached walls to our neighbors and we are the last home in our row next to acres of land , which makes our home quiet and private. With 3 outdoor decks and 1000 sq ft of outdoor space, it's truly the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and wake to magical sunrises over the mountains, this is the place memories are made of.

Our custom outdoor kitchen/bar featuring a sink, mini frig. and 3 bar stools provides lots of extra setting and prep space. Our large lounging bench with comfy cushion and lots of pillows, wraps around our outdoor table making it the perfect place to gather at night or to sip coffee in the morning.

The main bedroom takes up the whole second floor with a walk in closet and attached 3 piece bathroom with a stall shower. It has a small deck, with chairs, with peek-a-boo beach views. Opposite your bedroom door (at the top of the stairs) is an exterior door leading to a second patio area and the stairs leading up to the rooftop deck, where you will find lounge chairs and an umbrella for sun bathing or star watching.

The downstairs bedroom has a nice size closet and shelving area and is directly next to the downstairs 3 piece bath with a stall shower. It has a sliding door out to the main patio that can be locked using a key, for the safety of small children.

Both bedrooms have incredibly comfortable pillow top bamboo mattresses and memory foam toppers.

We have a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer, including soap and laundry supplies and extra linens and blankets.

The kitchen is small but it’s really well equipped and the giant copper farm sink has also doubled as a baby bath! I've never had a complaint on size and people find that because it's compact, it's actually very efficient.

Everyone that stays comments on how comfortable and homey our place is and how we’ve thought of every detail.

Guest access
As part of the boutique community you will have access to a full size pool and jacuzzi and separate adult jacuzzi. There’s a hospitable staff with housekeeping and guest services, 24 hour security and an on-site restaurant that makes dining a breeze on those lazy nights. You will be surrounded by miles of dirt trails/roads for hiking, biking and walking and unique restaurants and business that are all walkable.
