CET APPAREIL A UN SAMEDI AU SAMEDI EXIGENCE pendant la haute saison! Les caractéristiques comprennent un grand balcon avec vue panoramique, Internet sans fil, des comptoirs en Corian et des améliorations adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Cette spacieuse unité de 3 chambres est située au dernier étage et, étant une unité de coin, elle dispose d'un grand balcon enveloppant offrant une vue directe sur la plage incroyable, sans aucune obstruction. L'entrée au balcon se fait depuis le salon ainsi que la chambre principale. L'aménagement merveilleux de ce condo permet des vues incroyables depuis la salle à manger et la cuisine! Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain privée et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La propriété Gulf Dunes est située sur la magnifique île d'Okaloosa, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants, mais surtout sur la plage. La propriété dispose de 2 piscines sur la plage, d'une salle de sport, de courts de tennis, de barbecues et d'ascenseurs..

The HOA had to shut down our water 3 different times on our vacation. We were told it would be between 12-2, the times definitely ran over. It was a big inconvenience to our group, my wife ended up going to a friends unit to shower. Overall I absolutely love the unit and I understand sometimes issues happen, but it definitely inconvenience us on our vacation

Beautiful condo with spectacular view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes 617. This is a top floor, end unit-so you only have one shared wall and no one above you. The view from this room is breathtaking…All the furniture was updated and the decor was really refreshing. Nice, big rooms with plenty of space. We loved the huge TV’s in each room…my kids could each pick one and there was no fighting over what to watch-so nice! Appliances are nice and updated. Only thing I noticed (not a huge deal at all), but the dryer seemed to take much longer to dry any laundry that we did. Maybe it needs a tune up or the heating element is beginning to go out, not sure. That was the only issue we had….and it wasn’t a huge deal, because it still worked, just took several rounds to get the clothes dry. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo and definitely plan on booking again in the future. I already miss waking up to those views! Thank you for providing us with such an awesome stay!

This condo is on the corner and has additional windows and views of the ocean. You can enjoy the view from anywhere in the kitchen, dinning, and living room! Management company very responsive.

Room was filthy. Garbage behind TV's in 1 bedroom. Garbage under bed in another bed. Dust in vents. Junky kitchen appliances. Keep looking. Not worth the money!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kids had a blast and enjoyed the condo.

Perfect place for family

It was clean, safe and had enough rooms and space for our family, it offered so many good alternatives for staying inside while there was a tropical storm going on outside.
