Un thème de plage charmant avec des accents clairs et aérés dans l’ensemble de l’unité qui passe de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur avec vue sur les magnifiques eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement approvisionnée et une laveuse et sécheuse. L'espace de stationnement réservé au garage est unique en ce qu'il protège à la fois du soleil et des embruns salés.

Great Time with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time with this rental. The unit was modern and had everything we needed provided within the unit. The covered parking was a nice aspect of this location. We loved our location being right across the road from our favorite restaurant in Ft. Walton. The beachside service for the umbrella and chairs was hassle free. Overall we had a great experience and would look to rent this same unit again in the future. If I had to nitpick and find a con it would be the air temperature inside unit upon check in. It would be a good touch if property staff would turn the AC on if a guests is coming in later that day. Other than that, it was a great time!

Great spot

Condo was exactly as shown/described. Enjoyed the covered parking spot and close proximity to US 98. We walked twice across the bridge to a couple of restaurants in Ft Walton and was right across the street from Stewby's Seafood. Appreciated the call from the property owners that the condo was available early so we didn't have to kill too much time at the grocery store, etc waiting. Great beaches for walking and a heated pool helped with the cool evenings. Loved the beach service chairs.

nice beach and ocean views

Reviewer Comments: lovely location right on the beach! beautiful beach & ocean views from the balcony and from inside the condo! it's not directly over the pool, which i prefer! the condo is nicely furnished. decent beds (i'm personally not a fan of the bamboo or polyester feeling sheets. there is not a cotton option available.) the master bathroom is updated, kitchen was well stocked. no beach towels are provided, like other establishments where i have stayed. maybe sometging to consider for travelers flying with only a carry on.thankfully there is still an alvin's island & surf shop within walking distance (but demolition of those stores looks possible in the near future). it would be nice if the fans were updated where they could run with the lights off. despite the minor issues listed, i would stay in unit 312 again!

Wonderful stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful week!! This was our first time staying in the Okaloosa/Ft. Walton area. We have stayed along 30A, and in PCB, multiple times, but I loved the Okaloosa Ft Walton area more! The condo was wonderful, exactly as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. CLEAN, and well stocked with all the things needed if you wanted to cook. We did have a problem with the AC not working when we arrived,and one call to Brooks and Shorey and they handled it very promptly, and professionally. Had a AC tech come and it was fixed in no time! Pools and area clean. Several really good restaurants within walking distance. Quick drive to the Boardwalk, more places to eat and some shops, and an easy short drive into Destin to eat at our favs, McGuires and The Back Porch! We WILL be back!

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Location

Great condo with all the basic furnishings, beautiful views, adequate parking, and great location. Pools are very small, but the beach is amazing! The room lacked some basic kitchen essentials that are often times found in other condos, especially cooking utensils, dish soap, kitchen rags and towels. The condo is set up a lot like Azure (next door), but a bit older.

The Perfect Location on Okaloosa Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just across the street from Stewby's, Gulf Dunes is perfectly located. Unit 312 was clean and nicely furnished, although it would be enhanced considerably with a little TLC. A larger, wall-mounted flat screen now occupies the living room, rather than what is shown in the photo, which was a nice surprise. The unit could use a few more pans and a baking sheet. Also suggest adding a wall-mounted power strip in the bunk room so kids can more easily hookup a video game system.
