Bienvenue dans cette belle oasis Cape Cod. Entièrement rénové et immaculée ranch situé sur un beau terrain d'angle dans un quartier idéal pour la marche, le vélo et rapidement obtenir où vous voulez! De nouveaux meubles, luminaires et peintures, inspirés par les couleurs de l'été et de la plage, vous détendront instantanément. Sirotez votre café sur la toute nouvelle terrasse arrière, faites un barbecue sur le nouveau barbecue à gaz ou regardez vos enfants jouer dans l'immense cour arrière depuis le confort des chaises Adirondack. Chargez votre voiture avec les glacières, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et des jouets de plage (tous fournis pour votre commodité!) et dirigez-vous vers Smuggler's Beach, à moins de 5 minutes sans jamais avoir à prendre la route 28! Après la plage, rincez-vous dans la douche extérieure et faites la sieste avec le BRAND NEW CENTRAL AC pour rester au frais! Une belle nuit en a pas de problème avec une cuisine chargé de tout ce que vous pouvez l'imaginer, lecteur DVD, Playstation, enceintes pour iPod, jeux, ect. Trop de bonnes choses à énumérer, appeler ou envoyer un courriel maintenant pour commencer votre planification de vacances!

Beautiful Cape Stay

My family and I had the best long weekend, the house was awesome! Everyone was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and location of the home. We were less than 15 minutes from downtown Hyannis and Harwich Port. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay, there was also a filtered water tank which was great. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Excellent in every way!!!

The house was very clean and an excellent location central on Cape Cod near the Cape Cod Rail Trail access. Easy check-in process with a code for the door. The owner was very fast to respond and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Cape Cod family Vacation

We had the best time on our family vacation and this home is absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location, close to beaches and cute downtown locations. It was clean and updated and had all the essentials. Beach chairs, towels and a cooler were provided and that was a lifesaver for us since we were traveling from so far away. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Cape Cod!

Amazing!!

Loved it Loved it Loved it! We spent 11nights at the cottage and enjoyed our time there so much A very clean and well looked after property with everything you could possibly need. Ideal location for getting out and about with the nearest beach just a 5 minute drive. We didn't want to leave and really hope to return sometime in the near future!!

This house is in the small traditional cape cod style that has been completely remodeled both inside and outside and looks brand new. Two bedrooms, the master has a king with two white cane tables and a cane chest of drawers with a tv on top. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with a tv. one small bathroom, shower tub combo, Kitchen is unusually well stocked and has new appliances. It appears to be summer home of owner with numerous personal touches. I felt like I got to know the owner vicariously. Lawn is professionally maintained. Convenient to grocery store, beach, restaurants seasonal fish market and, of course, all of cape cod. We loved it, Thank you Tracy.

Relaxing, Clean & Perfect Location!

We,( Four adults and baby) all had a great vacation and immediately felt at home in this open and bright house. We did not feel cramped. The baby even slept soundly each nite which was rare. Loved the outside patio area which was so quiet. Walking was safe and handy. Kyacking and fishing at Bass River & Scargo Lake were enjoyable. Smugglers Beach was beautiful and was so close. We really connected to nature and enjoyed picnic lunches and eating out by the ocean. We were able to use the grill at the house for dinner and ate out a few nites. The Natural History Museum is great for nature and walking by the ocean. We enjoyed shopping at the Hyannis Mall and Cuffy's in West Dennis. We were able to see a gorgeous sunset at BassHole(Grays Beach) in Yarmouthport at the end of our vacation. The use of beach chairs, cooler, washing machine, outside shower and mudroom was so handy. Thank you Tracy and Dave for a great vacation and rental experience!

My daughter & I had a lovely time here. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite things! Neighborhood was quiet & centrally located as a “home base” for us. The house is well equipped & very clean & happy! Tracy & Dave were awesome hosts and very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you Dave & Tracy!!!!

Home from home

Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood and yet only three minutes drive from all of the local amenities. Tracy was very helpful prior to our arrival in providing advice / suggestions to enable us to quickly settle into the property. The house was perfect for our week stay and was well stocked with household essentials. Would definitely recommend to others, and would have no hesitation in staying in the property again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a great home from home stay.

Great stay on the Cape

Wonderful house for a stay on Cape Cod. Very clean! Well stocked with everything you need. Nicely stocked kitchen with good knives and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. Did not even mind washing dishes. Tracy the owner was very helpful with providing information on beaches, resturants and things to do. Would definately stay here again.

Perfect house that made for a great vacation!

The house was very very clean, well stocked with all of the necessities you would want/need when staying away from home and is in a great location. We enjoyed many activities right out on Route 28, which is close by (mini golf at Pirate's Cove, Cape Cod Creamery and even down further the Wellfleet drive-in). The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have to say the bed and pillows in the master bedroom, along with the room darkening shades, let me get the best rest of my life! Tracy was great to work with! And I look forward to renting this house again!

Perfect stay for our vacation

We had a great stay in West Yarmouth. The house was the cleanest rental home we have ever experienced. We especially loved the adorable yard for cooking out and the outdoor shower. Perfect for our family of four.

Super Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Haus, toll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles , was man braucht, war vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Tag gegrillt und den Garten genossen. Die Kinder haben draußen gefahrlos gespielt und im Haus ausreichend Platz gehabt. Ausstattung: bestens. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Very well maintained two bedroom Cape rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Cape in this very well maintained rental. The outside as well as the inside of this property was in excellent condition. The cleanliness of the house was very good. We also enjoyed the openness of the living, dining and kitchen area. The house also was very well stocked with towels, (bath and beach), beach chairs and a small cooler. The location was perfect for us with family in the area. Very close to beaches, shopping and dining. The house also has a great backyard area with a patio and very private yard. We also enjoy having an outside shower. My only small complaint would be to have a light outside on the shower so you could shower at night when it's dark. We will definitely come back to this property!

House just as described and more! Tracy and Dave loaded this house top to bottom with everything you will need for your vacation! Very charming in a central location close to every thing in the Cape. We went to 5 different beaches during our stay! Chatham Light, Chapin, Nauset (saw a lot of seals swimming) Bass River/Smugglers and Parkers. We also enjoyed fishing off the pier at Smuggler's in the evening. The kids loved the mini golf near by at Pirates Cove. My 13 year old and I loved the links course at Bayberry golf club. Overall great stay at a great house!
