Ocean front Paradise
Million dollar views from this quite 3 bedroom ocean front pet friendly home nestled on Pelican Point in Cholla Bay. Fish and snorkel right out the back doors. There's a place for kids to play or adults to relax on the grass turf below the back patio. The house sits on a granite rock bluff with a sandy beach just around the corner. Enjoy sunsets behind the mountains of Baja 75 miles across the gulf. Smart TV's, Netflix, High speed WiFi internet, 15% discount for 7 nights, 25% for 30 nights.
The space
Our ocean front home is located on a dead end street which means very little traffic and much sought seclusion for you.
All beds & pillows have protective cover enclosures, all beds have Gel Memory Foam toppers. Our maid has attended a Covid disinfecting course and received her certification in proper disinfection techniques.
Check in is 3:00 pm and Checkout is 11:00 am, many days we will have new guest coming the same day you check out. Our maid needs adequate time to clean, change linens and disinfect the house. If you are interested in early check in or late check out please contact me, at times it may be possible.
We have 3 queen beds, 2 non pull out couches and 4 foam sleeping mats. The house can only accommodate 10 people using these resources.
We provide 6 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper. We provide 2 large beach towels as a courtesy, if you think you may need more, please bring additional supplies. There is a Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, you will need to bring the coffee that you wish to brew in them.
We provide 10+ plastic stack chairs and various others lounging chairs. We try hard to keep the mechanic loungers lubricated but with the constant salt air they can sometimes be a challenge to operate.
The Guest booking & staying at the property acknowledges responsibility for the conduct of all invitees and must be 25 years of age or older. People under 25 attempting to book this condo will be declined and we reserve the right to cancel any booking for any person found to be under 25 that has already booked.
Please don't park directly in front of the house except to load/unload, there are 2 houses that use the roadway to access their property. You may park in our driveway (2 small cars or 1 big), across from the house next to the rock pile (1-2 cars), or below, against the short rock wall (vehicles with trailers, 3-4 cars).
We do our best to keep the Internet router and connection working properly. We guarantee that the service is paid for and we pay for the best internet speeds available, that said, it is Mexico and occasionally the system slows down or experiences issues. Should the Internet go down please make us aware of the issue, we will contact the provider and attempt to have the problem fixed.
If the BBQ propane runs out please contact us, we typically have full cylinders on the property that you can switch out. if you are not comfortable doing this we can have the Maintenance person come and do this for you. Please do not place charcoal in the propane grill for any reason.
The water heater is a gas "Tankless" on demand type, it produces abundant hot water but does take some time to travel to the fixtures.
We have ocean side patio lights, look for the exterior wall mounted switch under the plastic weather cover.
Our home is a very clean and comfortable ocean front home. We try hard to keep the prices reasonable compared to other 3 bedroom pet friendly spaces. Please note, this is a beautiful property, but if your looking for a 5 star resort, this may not be for you.
Guest access
Guest may access all of the home except the 2 locked closets. Guest may use the high speed WiFi internet. You may access the roof to check the water tank level but the area is not a safe place for children to play or guest's to hang out.
Other things to note
Kitchen has air fryer, blender, traditional filter coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, Pots & Pans, silverware, dishware, Cups, stove-range, outside propane BBQ. All bedding, pillows, WiFi internet, smart TV's, bath & beach towels, patio stack chairs, table, umbrella, guidebook with foodie and beach recommendations, amazing sunsets, pelicans and seagulls.
